π The Path
Two masters preside over this codex. The Code Sorcerer carved the Path; The Dark Algebraist keeps its seals. Their names are not yet yours to know.
Beyond the rites and the rituals lies a continuous reckoning. Every assignment you complete is a creature defeated. Every defeated creature grants points. Points raise you through seven titles, from Initiate to Hierophant.
Hidden among the work are sigils β minor mysteries bestowed for deeds beyond the pattern. And gated by your ascent are three Forbidden Classes, sealed until you climb high enough.
π The Reckoning
Your record of creatures defeated lives in your own project repo, in progress.md. Update it weekly, in the same Pull Request as your code, slides, and report. The master reviews the log alongside the work β the record is itself an artifact of your apprenticeship.
Begin with the Progress Log Template β copy it once into your repo, then append weekly.

π The Currency of Mastery
Every defeated creature has a tier. Each tier carries points. There are two kinds of creature in the Bestiary: those that are named and pre-priced (the recurring shapes of weekly work), and those that are wild β undiscovered, judged in the moment by the master who assigns them.
You will not always know what you are facing. The Bestiary is your guide, but the mastersβ word is final.
